Michael is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and has litigated matters in both state and federal court. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While in law school, he interned in the Civil Litigation Unit of the Wisconsin Department of Justice, handling prisoner civil rights matters. He also served on the Law School’s Moot Court Executive Board, and wrote the competition problem for the 2012 Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition, hosted by the University of Wisconsin Law School.
